Aerospace LCD Displays are available in various display sizes and resolutions to meet the demands of high-performance environments such as aviation and simulation systems. Custom-sized LCDs are offered in industry-standard formats including 3ATI, 4×4, 5×5, and 6×6 with a 1:1 aspect ratio. These custom LCD display solutions are also available in standard resolutions such as 480×480, 720×720, and 768×768. Higher resolutions and tailored features can be developed to match unique customer specifications.
Sunlight Readability
Our Commercial LCD Displays are engineered for maximum sunlight readability, making them suitable for both aerospace and industrial applications. These displays can be built to deliver between 1,000 and 2,000+ nits of brightness. Each custom LCD display integrates a robust backlight with internal thermal path technology for optimal efficiency and durability in rugged environments.
NVIS Backlights
These Aerospace LCD Displays also include NVIS-compatible backlight options that meet MIL-STD-3009 criteria. Using proprietary backlight technology, our displays achieve precise chromaticity and radiance values while maintaining exceptional daytime readability. Dual-mode NVIS options are available, featuring two independent backlight systems: one for high ambient light and another filtered for night vision goggle compatibility. These systems are controlled via a single pin on the included LED driver, providing flexibility and ease of integration.
