Spectrum Displays is Litemax Electronics North American Service Center

Spectrum Displays’ is the service center for Litemax products here in the USA. If there is an issue in or out of warranty problem with a Litemax product it can be sent to our facility for a full diagnostic to determine the failure point. Once we have identified the issue, we can order the PCB or component needed to repair the display system. This is a much more cost-effective process than it would be to ship items back to Taiwan for repair. The round-trip shipping of a display assembly to Taiwan internationally would typically exceed the cost of the display itself due to weight and size.

We make it convenient here in the USA. When items arrive, we work closely with the Litemax quality department recording serial numbers and the root cause of the failure. The items that are not working correctly are analyzed. These items are then ordered by serial number. This repair process is documented from start to finish and includes detailed work instructions outlining the repair, in-process, and outgoing tests to ensure the item is working to the original specification before it is returned to the customer.

These specially designed wide LCD displays are built for industrial environments. These LCD monitors can withstand higher temperatures, and vibration for new applications that demand better technology than what has been traditionally available. These LCD displays are more durable, low cost, and sunlight-readable and include features such as lightweight, power efficient, and high resolutions. The Smart Display Systems include an embedded CPU board allowing several alternatives to choose from depending on your application requirements. The CPU boards are fanless and include industrial solid-state memory assembled into an enclosure.

These rugged displays for demanding environments and applications include a long lifetime (MTBF 70,000 ~ 100,000 hours on most models), and wide operating temperature ranges. Enclosures can be designed to be fully weatherproof for use in outdoor environments. Sizes range from 6 to 75 inches with many aspect ratios.  Options for many models include VESA or panel mounting, custom touchscreen, super high brightness up to 3000 nits, industry-leading high color saturation, as well as various customized options available upon request.
